Operations Manager
Part time (2.5-3 days a week)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to lead and manage operational aspects of our church. 

The Church Operations Manager will oversee and manage the operational activities across all church locations, ensuring excellence in administration, facilities management, events coordination, and internal systems. They will work closely with leadership to create and implement effective structures, event coordination,  maintaining systems to enhance church life and lead a team of volunteers to support the church's ministry. The full-time equivalent salary is £27,000 to £32,000 (subject to experience) and will be pro-rated in line with the number of hours agreed on appointment. The role will be a 12 month Fixed Term contract, though we hope it will become possible for the role to be extended or become permanent.
